Exchange/ Return Request

Belliskey endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!

You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package. 

EXCHANGE

  • We happily offer exchanges on all products. Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, exchanges / Returns are limited to once per order, and store credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months will be issued for exchanged items. Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. Please Note Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.

    RETURN

    • If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.

    EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCEDURE

    • You can apply for exchange/return of garment at Belliskey by raising a request on our " form "
    • Once you click on the link you will asked for your order no and registered email/contact
    • Then you can select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images and select refund option as store credit and the exchange Request is successfully placed 
    • In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images. We will ask for images once the request is submitted.
    • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected
    • Once your request is approved , the same will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
    • Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future
    • Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
    • If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
    • Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 100. 
    • Within 2-3 working days of the package being checked at our warehouse, we issue a Store Credit to the customer's email id used while placing the order. This can take anywhere between 7-10 business days as a courier will reach and then QC will be done. 
    • The Store Credit amount is calculated by reducing the reverse pickup charge of Rs.100 from the price of the product. The shipping charges are non refundable.
